About

Action to Cure Kidney Cancer (ACKC) is a grassroots organization established in 2003 by kidney cancer patients and their families who are working to raise awareness about kidney cancer to ensure that it receives the public and private funding required to find effective treatment and a cure for this disease, which kills 34 Americans each day. ACKC works with members of the U.S. Congress, government officials, research institutions, and other interested organizations and individuals to increase the level of kidney cancer research.
