Keystone Development + Investment is a leading real estate investment and development firm headquarters in Conshohocken. Founded in 1991, the firm has over 31 years of expertise reimagining real estate and transforming assets into first-class mixed-use developments. Most recently, we have undergone a substantial redevelopment of the historic 1 million square foot Curtis building at 6th and Walnut, converting a Class-B office building into a dynamic mixed-use project featuring first-class laboratory/research space as well as luxury residential units. Our goal with the project is to create the largest life science ecosystem in the city, with companies having the ability to start their science in a BioLabs-run incubator, and then grow as needed as they work their way through clinical trials. Overall Keystone currently has a portfolio consisting of approximately 10 million square feet throughout the East Coast, with another 1 million square feet of future planned development. We also just completed our first hotel project with West & Main in Conshohocken, part of a larger mixed-use development known as SORA which includes the new global corporate headquarters for AmerisourceBergen.
