Reach Neuro develops implantable neuromodulation systems to restore upper limb motor function in people with chronic stroke and other neurological disorders. It was founded in 2021 based on work started at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University with the goal of bringing advanced neurotechnologies out of the lab and into the hands of patients. Its mission is to change the way we look at physical rehabilitation and end the notion of permanent disability.
